From the moment I rang, Service it were helpful. The serviceman, Jamie, responded to my inquiry promptly. On the day, he was punctual and clearly explained what he would be doing for the maintenance. Upon inspection, more than a maintenance was required and he again clearly outlined what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Jamie finished the job in a courteous and timely manner.

We are very happy with the service provided by Service IT. They scheduled a service time, arrived on time and did the maintenance on our evaporative air conditioner with a minimum of fuss. The pre-query by Service IT on the manufacturer and model, before arriving, meant that they could be prepared and do the service in 1 visit.
My evaporative cooler was leaking/draining water for hours after use. Called Service it and they came on the same day. Serviced and cleaned my unit as well as addressed the leakage issue. Great service!
